Kait, Naples Team Leader – Veterinary Assistant/CSR

A native of Lima, Ohio, Kait moved to Maine in 2014. She knew she wanted to work with animals when she met the absolute goodest doggo in the entire world, Trigger Doo. Her other four-legged family members include Franklin, who loves a good sniff, and his best friend, Quinn.

When she’s not working, Kait loves being on the water and anything to do with boats, including fantasizing about the day when she and her fiancé will be able to buy one of their own.

Jo, Client Service Representative

Jo grew up in Maine in a military household. She’s happily settled near her grandchildren now and is glad to be able to keep busy here at Naples.

Every job Jo has held has been in customer service. She knew she’d want to work with animals as a girl when she was a huge fan of “Lassie” and “Rin Tin Tin.”

At home, she takes care of a large furry family that includes Anna and Bonnie, rescue German Shepherds; Danny, Doc, and Roman, mini-Dachshunds who make her laugh every day; Maggie, a sweet Beagle; and Charlie and Aggie, Chihuahua mixes who run the show.

When she’s not hard at work, Jo likes to explore places in Maine she’s never been to and spend time with her family.

Taylor, Veterinary Assistant/CSR

Taylor grew up in Sebago, moved to Casco, and now she’s happy to be settled in Naples and working at Norway where she used to bring her pets as a child.

As a young girl, she was surrounded by critters, including horses, dogs, cats, and hamsters. Working with animals has always been her dream.

Her furry family consists of Finnegan, a border collie, and Tucker, a cockerpoo. Finnegan is a handsome boy and knows it. He poses for pictures and always has a smile on his face. He’s Taylor’s go-to companion for adventures and a laugh. Tucker is happiest when curled up under a blanket. He’s Taylor’s ‘shoulder to cry on’ dog and is always there to comfort her. She has a feathered family as well, and in her free time, Taylor loves being outdoors with her dogs and chickens. She also enjoys video games, photography, reading, and drawing.

Emily, Receptionist

Emily, Receptionist

Emily was born and raised in Maine and was lucky to grow up in a household with multiple kinds of animals. As a child, her mother often took her to various farms and other places with animals because she could truly see Emily’s love for them. When she got a little older, Emily decided to volunteer at multiple animal shelters to help as much as she could. She knew she wanted to work with animals from a very young age—in elementary school, her response to “what do you want to do when you grow up” was always “help all of the animals in the world”. That never changed! When she’s not working, Emily enjoys her days off with her own animals and family. She loves going out on the water with her husband and dog Luna on their new boat. She also enjoys having some down time and getting to unwind and curl up with her two cats Nellie and Milo, and her Guinea pig Oats. She looks forward to continuing to grow her little fur family as well as continuing her career helping animals.
